Talking of "culture" we must not forget that the local
cuisine, here, is a very important part of it. In the week program
you will attend a festival entierely dedicated to the Tuscan
wild boar (al cinghiale).
You will learn how to use this ingredient in world-famous recipes
such us: Pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale and many others
like fagioli all'uccelletto, ribollita, ... and we cannot forget
the famous wines coming from this area.
