Affresco
& Dry Affresco
Here you will be guided towards the discovery of the
secrets of ancient techniques: “Fresco Secco” as Cennino
Cennini described in the “Libro d'Arte” in the 15th
century.
You’ll learn how to prepare the plaster for the “Fresco
Secco”, following the principles applied Gothic to the
late Renaissance period in Italy.

Oil
Painting & Oil Tempera
We have dedicated a special program for Oil Painting
in the course called “Oil Painting and Oil Tempera”.
We will take you by the hand in these ancient techniques,
in order to show you the use of binders and oil paints,
to reach the final preparation of a painting on wood.
